Do I need to view the property before applying?
Yes. All applicants must view the property in person before submitting an application. Applications submitted prior to viewing will not be processed.
How do I schedule a showing?

What are your general qualification requirements?
While each application is evaluated as a whole, the following standards generally apply:

Verifiable income (typically 3x monthly rent)

Positive rental history

Acceptable credit history

No outstanding balances owed to previous landlords

Move-in must occur within 14 days of approval
What are your pet policies?
If the property allows pets, the following standards apply:

Maximum of three (3) pets per household

No individual pet over 20 pounds

Additional pet screening, deposits, and/or fees may apply
(Service animals and assistance animals are evaluated in accordance with applicable Fair Housing laws.)
What criminal history standards apply?
Applications may be denied for certain criminal convictions, including:

No felony convictions within the past 7 years

Violent, property, or drug-related offenses may result in denial depending on circumstances
Each applicant is evaluated individually in accordance with applicable laws.
What financial standards apply?
Applications may be denied for:

Bankruptcy within the past 10 years

Civil judgments within the past 10 years

Unpaid landlord balances

Active collections related to housing
What may disqualify an application?
Applications may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:

Insufficient income

Unsatisfactory credit history

Negative rental references

Criminal history that does not meet our written criteria

Incomplete, unverifiable, or inaccurate information
Do you accept co-signers?
Co-signers may be considered but must independently meet credit and income requirements.
